I think its funny that in north america norms, there is not a single AD carry that seems to make a difference >.< and in ALL ranked, only Ezreal. Looks like ADC isnt that important of a job after all, or at least not one where your pick really matters.

I'm not THAT surprised, to be honnest. Juste think of the Heimmerdinger you face once per month. He generally is good as **** and smashes you/your teamate. Unpopular champions with gamebreaking attributes(Ramm's taunt, Heimmer's theorical dmg, etc) are very hard to stop, because your teamates (or maybe it was YOU!) are most likely going to underestimate them.
If no one but the dedicated champion X players do play this champion, chances are X is going on top of the win ratio chart.
