That would be really hard to do, unless you have hours and hours of free time. In 99,9% of tries you would just miss by 0.1s or even less and that would decide the victorious team.

So my brother was playing a normal a while back, they were *********ing the other team so the enemy team surrendered. But as a joke my brother surrendered as well right after the enemy team surrendered..... my brother lost that game.

Get a double premade with 2 players at the same house, and derp until 20 minutes. Call a surrender vote, and when both teams hit 3 votes, tell the 2 people to press yes at the same time. Both surrenders should be processed at the same time, and you get a double loss.
