What? How does it hurt his jungle? With 4% the chances are that you wouldn't crit at all in the jungle anyway.
If anything it hurts his laning, but it was pretty dumb to begin with that you could insta-win lane by getting a single free crit.

Crit is fine but there needs to be a trade-off for it. I'm fine with an AD carry who has a Phantom Dancer critting me, because they paid a ton of money for the stat and it's to be expected. What's lame is when some guy who took the 4% mastery for 0 cost to himself gets an incredibly lucky crit with zero crit items and wins the lane from it.
First of all they are removing the crit chance mastery. Singular not plural. Secondly its 4 percent....if you're so upset start with the brawlers glove problem solved. Was it a nice mastery? Yeah, in the long run does it matter? Well it stabalizes the laning phase and I see this as an indirect buff to tryndamere who has a natural crit chance system built in. Makes him more likely now to be the only solo top who will crit unless you forgo arp attack speed armor etc runes for crc runes. This isn't anything major. Just an over all qol change for laning.
