BT scales way better with Riven's kit, although I guess Blade can work against heroes with high health values like Cho'Gath and Blade gives a stronger dueling capability.

Blood thirster all the way, take it from me personally Botrk isn't so good on a riven only 25 ad... compared to the 100 ad you get from a bt.
