As someone who goes on a smurf to play with some friends, I hate people like that. Played against an Ashe the other day who kept saying, "Noob team wtf" etc. in all chat. He was obviously a smurf, and his team were all obviously new, except for their Cho who pointed out that he was just trying to get his girlfriend playing.
So yeah, people say noob team for whatever reason when their whole team is comprised of new players, I don't really understand what goes through people's minds sometimes.
Of course, there's not much you can do about it aside from telling them to stop picking on new players. Unfortunately that's just the way it is for now unless Riot adds some sort of smurf-to-main ban system which I don't think they believe is a good solution.

I mean... It's like calling a midget a midget (No offense to midgets - lack of better example). Calling someone a noob can only and is only an insult towards someone who is obviously not a noob. Therefore calling new players by the term "noob" is just ******ed.

I smurfed when playing with a few friends that werent near 30...then again I did zillian jungle and still win the game without calling anyone a noob(not counting over skype :P)...I came to the conclusion zillian is a insanly fast jungler if you get a good leash/after the first clear or so and his ganks OHH MAN ARE THEY ACTULLY STRONG SUPER FAST YOU SUPER SLOW THEM YES PLEASE BOOM BOOM BOMBS DROPPING! But yeah those aww you suck people are anoyying I remember one master yi with 20+ kills and I was like you know what time to shut this guy up and boom just straight up killed him once...never insulted anyone all game after that ;). Good guy skullz stops the trolls!

Players on a smurf(No matter if lvl 1 or 1800 elo) tend to be a lot more agressive in the chat because:
1. They are arrogant and don't respect players who are on a lower lvl or rating as their main.
2. They don't need to care because it's not their main.
There are exceptions, but many smurf players behave very negatively.

Whenever I smurf I try to help other people and put down the ragers who are obviously bad (e.g. AP Master Yi without DFG calling his team bad because he keeps dying).
I also do this in bot games and if you ever meet me and I come across as rude, I try to pick fights because the people with really big egos annoy me the most.

however, there is another thing that rly bugs me, that are the smurfs that flame other player's about being bad...what the **** is this ****? Do they expect all new people are smurfs or what? ofc newer players are not as good as the smurf-player most of the time, how stupid can u be to not realize this? Sometimes i wonder what the average IQ of the average LoL player is, 91? Whats ur opinion on this, is it that smurfs rly trash-talk other people? I have a friend of mine that isnt even using Hotkeys for his skills yet and im not flaming him for that either since i know hes new...just for example <-<
