Hi! I'm Technology, Game 2 months and now I play on the server BR.

Well, as I'm still very noob, I just depending on a lot of guides to build certain champions. Like, I mean, most of them.
Well, I wanted to start guides rely less and be more independent in that part of building a champion, building it with my own style instead of following a guide. Actually, I wanted to stop to consult guides and wanted to create my own builds.

Anyone have tips so I can get to do that and be more independent?

And sorry for my bad english...

I would say experiment with builds as much as possible and see what works for you. Go through the item lists regularly until you know what each item does.

Being able to not concern yourself with guides takes time. I followed guides almost exclusively for quite some time before I started to figure out stuff on my own. It requires that you know what all the items do, how useful they are on the champ you are playing, and being able to read what is happening on the enemy team. For example, if the enemy APC is getting fed, it may be beneficial to you to grab items that have magic resist on them. If you are a tank that means you want to grab something like a Banshee's Veil. If you are an AP based champ, grabbing an Abyssal Mask is a good idea. If you are an AD champion, Maw of Malmortius is the kind of item you want to be looking at. Of course this new meta says that health is the best stat, so buying things with health on them is never a horrible idea.

Follow guides first, and then change your build from theirs. Experiment in a couple games, and you should be able to find "your personal" build.
