Provided that the player is relatively good I would say
Ezreal Too much poke and burst
Teemo Just annoying overall, and strangely enough, the ones I play against are usually extremely aggressive, while the ones I lane with like to sit stealth and watch me die.
Dr. Mundo Splash, splash, splash, splash...Gets old real quick.
Caitlyn Tough to deal with bottom lane.
Lux Combo from Death, and yeah, that low CD on her ulti is cheap as Hell.
