imo, TF's are just good for their passive. <3. Kidding guys.
But TF is quite good imo. His Wild Cards and his Stacked Deck is weak, but if a TF can correctly draw cards, that is a huge asset to the team. Also, his ulti shows where the enemy team, or, it can burn everyone's Banshee's Veil!

The passive is super-weak. If you took away his passive I don't think you'd ever actually notice. It is definately is a prime contender for a buff.
