Counter Jungling - It works best if you're playing a fast clearing jungler, and there are multiple ways to do it
-Take enemy small camps, leave small minion there
-Steal buffs, for example, the buff they started at spawns around 7:10
-Hunt down enemy jungler and kill them in jungler, your character must be a strong duelist for this to work (unless you ambush them at a buff or something)

Play a champion who can silence 
Fiddlesticks.
Or CC him and blow him up, forcing him to waste Zhonya's just to stay alive...then you can instagib him if he tries to ult without his invincibility.

About Fiddlesticks: Try to stun/silence him when he is charging his ult. You should certainly ward all over the place, to prevent his ult from dealing a lot of damage if he gets it off. If all else fails counterpick him with Alistar or Tristana.
Don't know about counterjungling either, I have only recently picked up jungling and I need to learn a lot ;)

fiddlesticks - he's been re-surging suddenly in my experience on low elo solo que, and it's crushing me. All he is doing is going for a fast zohnya's are wrecking us, I know not to fight on top of him but his team keeps us on him unless we want them to just melt us when we turn to move off him.
