She is likely weakest ad carry currently. Just because she has most penta kills out carry's and all champs overall does not mean shes op. She has lowest win rate of all ad carry's

Here base states are compete **** she needs them buffed like ashe got...

and some of her nerfs i think last 2 really hurt her shes in bottom of ad carry category

She is still ridiculously powerful if you play smart.

If anything give her back a little movespeed to help her avoid harass during laning phase.

If you really think she is the weakest AD carry...well. Personal opinion.
You can't peddle papooses with a dancing monkey.

vayne is playable but i think they should slightly buff her manaregen. If riot did that, vayne should be alot better without being op in terms of burst/poke.

well i think she is just late game carry that can be an early game carry if you play good, a buff would be... unnnecesary.

Really depends on what lane you want to be at. For a kill-lane with alistar or blitzcrank, she's really good and say a sivir would be much worse.
