If you're honestly worried about healing on vlad (like he needs any with a huge pile of AP), just grab a spirit visage somewhere in there. Reduced cooldown effects, increased healing (that will benefit you more than the revolvers late-game), magic resist, and it's cheap. You won't have to get rid of it, and you won't have to sell it to make up for real items later on.
