Possible "ward changes" I suspect:
-Selling them in stacks vs indiviully but decreasing their duration and field of view.
((3 sight wards for 200g/2 Vision wards for 200g)) thus buffing their cost nerfing their effect
-Coupling sight wards with vision wards. 200g a ward with 75-100sec duration. Reduce the field of view for the Stealth seer component keeping the sight range where it is or decreasing it slightly.
Simple features that make wards more pivital. Wards are important obviously but when a support champ just buys 20 sight wards it becomes less of a choice and more of a "why the Hell not they're cheap and easy to replace". Increasing their cost and diminishing some of their effectiveness means each ward placed is more about strategy and less about blanketing the whole map with them. As well it puts stronger emphasis on having an oracles on someone earlier game.
