getting back on subject another skin I hate is Blight Crystal Varus, always thought it looked ugly.
That isn't why she's boring. She's a boring champion design. Whoever made her was lazy and couldn't think up a fun story if his life depended on it. She's an ambassador to Demacia... let's make her say a buncha puns about that job! hiueheuehuehueueheue im funnay. But then she doesnt have a joke cause I ran out of them making her normal dialogue which consists of like 4 lines.

Poppy is a boring champion? Well her skins seem dull but I like her alot in fact, I think they made a mistake saying she is an assassin because her style seems suited to a tank based champion, she goes in and she has to stay close to do the most damage so in a way shes simular to the likes of Rammus.
Of course, I could be wrong because I find Katarina slightly dull and alot of people love her

I'm not talking like, mechanically. I'm talking design wise. How the champ looks, feels and expresses themselves. Even Rammus is more entertaining than Poppy and he says one word. He's a big turtle dude that ironically moves insanely fast and makes people hurt themselves by hitting them. That's awesome. ok
Katarina isn't exactly original but atleast she's a coherent design and many people like it simply because she's a sexy red head knife thrower chick.

I have to admit I never noticed Poppy dialogue if I am honest
