Xerath would work fine with enemy junglers like trundle, udyr, shyvana. People intended to initiate but can be stunned on the way of doing so. He also has great poke.

i just played 3 xerath games over the weekend, i hadn't played him in months. I ****ing hate xerath. he's arguably one of the weakest mids i've ever played. he's just ****ing terrible. Why play xerath when you can play ahri, they arguably do the exact same thing.

If they change his passive then maybe that would change but as of right now thats how I see it.
