Who is the best champ if...

AP Yi heals for MUCH more, his only AP based spell does more damage, he has a burst, he has better farming capabilities, his gap closer doesn't place him helpless into enemy focus for 1.8 seconds, his speed buff is better, and more reliable than Warwick's, his attack speed buff is better than Warwick's. There's absolutely no reason to play a champ who only functions well enough to be considered viable in early-game, when there's another champ who has an even better early-game, does everything he does better, and has a good late-game.[/quote]
