Yeah, i was randomly getting more xp and ip than i usually do, i was also on a long win streak, so my question is: Do you get extra ip and xp when youre on a win streak?

You get more XP and IP for longer games. Not for win streaks, as far as I know.

Correct, however a win gives significantly more IP and XP than a loss.

THIS has all you need to know regarding IP gain.
You get about 35-40% more IP for a win, but it doesn't say anything about win streaks

Hmm, ok thank, don't know why i was getting 140+ ip and xp per game without an ip or xp boost, the games were pretty short too.
