A very simple, yet a nice graphic option would be to make the lines possible to color, like "rule color=red" would make you have a red

creating these yourself is preety easy though
it doesn't take more than 5 min to create/save/upload one thin and colored line divider

yeah sure, but I'm pretty sure it aint that hard to code it into the forums ether, and it ain't nowhere near a must anyway, just a cool extra feat

They don't need an entire dev team to create this wonderful project, it's incredibly simple. They can have priorities over this and still be able to implement it.

I think this would make line dividers less of a thing, making it so you can fit the line to the main color of your guide (yes ppl do that... including me)

It would basically just make the color tag affect the rule tag. Not sure how hard that would be to do, so I will just note it to the dev team and if it's easy they will do it. If it's hard then they probably won't since as you said it's easily worked around and not a big deal.
