Yeah that fixed the doubled Chapters but not the doubled tags.

And i think this bug appears if you save and publish two times in a short period. "Save" "Publish" and "Save" "Publish" again.
After doing that I viewed my Guide and thought WTF??
I just went back to edit (pressing the Edit Button while viewing the own guide) and saved/published again. Then I watched another time and they where gone.
