No It's not fixed yet, continue appearing the same name in different build, I think this happend just in build with the same chapiom 2 or more times.
PS: It is solved with Nidalee and Twitch, but there are more champions that have that bug. Ex: Morgana and MordeKaiser

This is a known issue, actually. I brought it up the same week we introduced "free champions this week" and listed the top 10 builds for each - builds with "team" guides showing the same champion multiple times would show up multiple times in the list.
That was an unrelated issue and was fixed a while ago. This issue is related to the new guide types change - in the process of doing that, I reworked the similar builds box to take advantage of the new field.
It's fixed now, and I fixed the truncation while I was at it. As before, it will take some time for the caching to get reset :)
