This should be fixed now, please try to publish your guides again and the chapters should then appear.

You shouldn't have to make any changes to your guide or builds, simply publish it again. The issue was that the publishing sequence was getting derailed so it wasn't finishing properly, it was failing in between publishing your builds and your chapters, so your chapters didn't show. Now that it's fixed, publishing again will properly get through your chapters.
