Server options in the profile are EU and NA right now. Would it be possible to change them to EUNE/EUW/NA?

Nope.

That just prevents you from downloading multiple clients, you need different accounts for each though.

I ment here on the forums :) in the profile (here on the site) you can set the server you are on. It is either NA or EU right now.
