I checked out their lists and it looks like two of them (the mid and support ones) contain plagiarized content. I've warned the user to remove the plagiarized tier list descriptions. If they aren't removed within a few days I'll delete the lists.
One thing to note is that certain game elements are not protected by plagiarism rules. Tier lists and champion builds tend to be similar across players and it's not uncommon for two players to have the same opinion about the best champions or builds. For this reason, we don't protect these game elements under our plagiarism rules. Text descriptions of champions in your tier lists, and the tier descriptions themselves will be protected by plagiarism rules, but the actual champions in each tier will not.

I wonder if their other tier lists are also copies of other users' tier lists? Sorry if this isn't posted in the right place, I'm not really familiar with the boards... thank you.
