Just so you know viciousskittle, all MOBAFire staff have a red name, and are generally listed as <Administrator>.
Users with a green name, generally listed as <Veteran>, do not have access to any tools and can't directly help you. Users with a blue name, generally listed as <Moderator> can help you with many things, but not with Prime issues, they would still need to contact an Administrator to help you with a Prime issue.
Any Prime issues should be brought to Administrators, or posted in the support forum here, and we will resolve them as quickly as we can :)

I'm not sure where I should post this, but I got a subscription to prime since march. I canceled it on the 9th of this Month, however after paying my prime disappeared.
I should still have another 2 and a half months of prime left as I paid for it. Any admins/people higher up able to help me with this?
