I have had it for 3 months up until yesterday then it was time for it to renew. My prime said currently active but I didn't have any of the perks, so I deactivated my Prime in order to type in my card details and resubscribe....but every time I input my card details it says error. I have used the same card details many times and have checked the account linked to it.
I'm very confused as there doesn't seem to be a direct chat/support link so I'm turning to you bros!
