Hi guys! Im having a problem with the note tab in any build that i search of and when i read the build and try to open the 'Note' tab it's not opening...Why is that happening?

By "Note tab" do you mean the "Notes" that are next to some parts of the build in the cheatsheet at the top of a guide? To read those notes, you just have to hover your mouse over the Notes text. If you click it, nothing will happen.
