Since you are community manager, your bosses should give you that power to disable account IDs, as customer support are the ones that are supposed to terminate accounts, according to the User Agreement.

I don't want my account disabled, but either you should have the power or finding customer support should be easier than having to post in a forum asking for it to be disabled.
