This is what my computers have been showing...=_=
The google chrome one only happens once in a while...though it stayed that way solidly for 5 minutes of refreshing and refreshing the page before it opened it.

I am investigating this and doing some optimizations to see if I can alleviate the problem. If you get this error, it would help me if you could note down the exact time it happened (and your time zone so I can convert) and let me know either here or over PM. I can check the logs to see what was happening at that time on the server.

1:19 PM EST to 1:21 PM EST
Then got it to reload the page and post my reply to a thread. When to go back to the main forums and from 1:21 - 1:23 PM EST got nothing.

1:33-1:34

5:30pm EST was really slow, checked it against other websites and they loaded just fine.

Thanks :) Looking at the logs right now. Scrax also just PMed me that it happened to him too. I have some ideas that I will be trying. This is a tricky one, it may take me a few days of testing to figure it out unfortunately, but I am working on it.
