It's difficult to troubleshoot, partly because it only happens in the middle of the day, and for some reason it never happens to me, but I'm working through it! Times that it's down at night are likely times where we're doing updates to the site and I need to restart one of the services, though that generally only takes the site down for a split second. We also do a daily backup around midnight PST, and our database is quite massive so that takes a minute or two.[/quote]
