Well pretty much for every ADC you can simply use AD reds(you could add 1 crit red if you believe in luck :D ) 2 LS quints 1 AD quint armor yellows and MR blues. For supports something like GP5 Quints Armor reds/yellows mr blues For Mid prob Magic pen reds scaling AP quints (or MS quints) armor yellows and scaling AP blues.

I'd go for:
1. AD Marks, Armor Seals, MR/lvl Glyphs, AD Quints
2. MPen Marks, Armor Seals, MR Glyphs, AP Quints
When expanding look into Armor Marks, AS Marks, MS Quints and Gold/10 Quints.
And as mentioned above, if you believe in luck, add 1 Crit Chance Mark ;)
About masteries: You can make 20 pages, and if you know your way around the trees a little bit that's not too big of a deal - just quickly look up a guide if you really want to.

Everyone starts by default with 2 rune pages. You are able to purchase additional ones through IP and RP.
Yeah, you can buy extra rune pages if you want to. I can make do with 5 atm but I'd like to have 7, or even 9 when I get the IP. Sadly they cost 6300 each, but ~2 a year they go on sale, 2 for the price of 1.
