never atack the tank first if you have more then one target to choose from

as far as I know rammus is a tank, you atack him last, end of discussion

Nothing wrong for you, he's just raging because he died. A lot of player do that and no matter what you do(besides him surviving in the end), they will just be mad so just play on.
