hey i am officaly in elo hell were junglers cant gank and fiddles ulti's where a champion used to be. this isnt the worst i have played with.

my elo is well embarssing its nearly at 900 i am just over it. the problem which i know what it is, is that i am left to go support or tank which i do but somehow during laning phases with support i have to pick up the carries kills so yea i need some advice on how to boost up higher or just gain god powers over this game lol.

Don't play to fit team comp. Play your stronger characters no matter what. If you have a strong character that fits the team comp then that's also preferable. Bam +300 ELO

You have 280 Wins, you shouldn't play ranked games so early.
Gather experience before picking up ranked games to be able to carry your team, remember that for season 2. :)

Wins don't always equal skill. Playing custom games with a bunch of people who are higher skill than you will help you improve just by observing. I have... ~200 wins and I'm stable at ~1150 ELO simply because of inhouses with the MOBA people and what I've picked up from them.

Wins equal experience most of the time, I didn't talk about skill.

I'm starting to get the feeling that everyone in ELO hell thinks they shouldn't be.

That's why "ELO Hell" is a hell.
Everyone is like ultra-tryhardish and blames his teammates for losing because he is stuck in this imaginary "ELO Hell".
ELO Hell is prejudiced, and noone thinks he belongs there because the community sees this area as a big bunch of really bad players, so you always blame the others and don't improve if you're there, and you can't escape.
