Yeah I dont know about you but I have just over 400 wins and I have yet to play ranked consistently. (Im mostly waiting for my friend to get to lvl 30) Although I still did not just JUMP right into ranked and play. Try playing a character you are good with, team comp is essential though. So getting good with the less common champion types i.e tank/support then you can dominate games. One example is Alistar who tends to change the tide of a fight and really help a team. I personally 90% of the time jungle now because in normal my team always lacks one, so I got good with a jungler of each class (AP carry, offtank, Tank) Thats only 3 I know but you get the point.
well some people shouldn't be in elo hell (am not sayin i do or dont cuz i dont know how other players i play with think of me) but it is a team game and if you get players that troll alot go afk alot or just cant play in a team then u get stuck cuz of bad luck

Basically, there are two types of games.
Winnable games, and unwinnable games.
You need to win the winnable games, and then try REALLY hard to win the unwinnable ones.
Any arguement like "oh my team is so bad" is completely irrelevant, if your team is bad, the other team is JUST AS BAD.
You know what the difference is?
The other team doesn't have YOU.
Thats why YOU have to be better than everyone else.

That's why "ELO Hell" is a hell.
Everyone is like ultra-tryhardish and blames his teammates for losing because he is stuck in this imaginary "ELO Hell".
ELO Hell is prejudiced, and noone thinks he belongs there because the community sees this area as a big bunch of really bad players, so you always blame the others and don't improve if you're there, and you can't escape.
"and don't improve if you're there"
Wrong. Sooooo wrong. You should know this.
