How do I escape ELO hell?

Went down to 900 from my starting 1200 (didnt play whole season). Then when i was in 900, there was.. NO TROLLS. Everyone was nice, and it was pleasant. Over the next two days i went to 1200. Then i just started hitting trolls, constantly. EG "OMG SOMEONE ELSE PICKED JUNGLE, I INSTA LOCK EVE SMITE REVIVE!" or "I AFK". Usually when i win a game now its because the other team had to troll, or lose because our team had the troll.[/quote]
