60 minion kills is quite low, even for jungler. You should aim for at least 90. This is probably why you ended up with an A.
Also as LevasK hinted at, the longer the game goes on for, the higher the standards to get an S.

Run if you like, but the foxy will always catch you!
LevasK and Zetawolf both shared excellent advices. I have some additional, more concrete tips which build on to the previous comments.
The grading system takes both general score as well as creep score into a count. If you aim to get higher grades (e.g. to get mastery tokens), you don't have to aim to prolong your games, but rather find a balance between killing champions and killing creeps/taking towers.
To get your farm up, you should take a look at how counterjungling works, when to do so and how you can counterjungle effectively. Additionally, delve deeper into how you can apply more pressure around the map. Seeing as you are able to get a lot of kills, you already know how to pressure, you just don't yet know how to make the most out of the pressure you crerate. When succesfully ganking, help your laner push the wave, maybe even take a tower if possible. By playing for objectives, you get more room on the map to play with, allowing you to farm more and therefore get a higher grade.
If I were to explain how everything I mentioned works in detail, I could write a dozen pages, which is why I think it'd be more effective if you did your own research on these matters. Of course, if you have any other questions along the way or as of now, feel free to ask :)

Taking objective like dragon/tower and warding count as a point in grading system too.
I play Nunu & Willump and go like 4/5/17 but got S because I eat all their buffs/gradon/baron and always help my team destroy towers.
