I don't think you should get AA's Staff on a build where that's your only mana item. If you're getting that you should probably combo it with say Lich Bane, Rod of Ages, or a Banshee's Veil (your build is EXTREMELY squishy so these would help). I find Rylai's super helpful on AP kog so he has some survival but can also chase with his ult.
