ooo hum, maybe I went a little too much "fun oriented" and not enough "competitive". Yi is a little TOO hack'n'slash for me, even though i said i typically prefer autoattack based champs. Also, I don't think he would be great at higher levels of play. Are there any "lower skill cap" champs that still do really well in things liek solo queue?

Easy to learn, hard to master if you are doing an AD build with him. You'd be surprised how much little things matter in that build. He's just like

For me I find Lux to be a lot of fun... buuuut that might just be me xP
First off, she's kind of a sleeper pick, not a lot of people play her or know her skills which usually leads them to not see what's coming when they match up against her mid lane.
Next her Passive makes for easier farming and better sustained/burst damage.
Lastly nothing says "I love you" like her Q->E->R combo. Q -> stun -> auto attack -> E (twice gotta activate skill after it's placed) -> R ult to the face and pop if they were at or near half health, they probably dead. Btw, her Ult triggers her passive as well as leaving another on them should they live.

Now - that's not to say I'm completely hopeless! There are different kind of "high skill cap" champions. For example, I had a lot of success playing jungle twitch. These are not necessarily extremely difficult mechanically to play, but (twitch pre-changes) u needed some serious finesse in playing - map awareness, posiitoning, etc.. So let's get to some of my strengths, and then u can recommend a champ! First thing is first though, fun is the name of the game (I'm no pro), so tell me why you think your champ rec is super fun!
- Pretty decent at hitting that one skill shot - Nidalee's spear, lee's q, amumu's bandage, etc
- Solid last hitter, can typically outfarm lane opponent in an even match.
- I typically require right clicking. Hah, just something i found out about myself. Champs that rely solely on abilities and no autoattacks, I seem to not do as well on.
- Hipster tries not to play flavor of the month champ.
- As mentioned, I'm pretty good at map awareness and related skills.
