Why flat AP when per level becomes better at level 6 (possibly 7 since they were buffed)?
Why AP in yellows when it only gives a total of 4 AP? 4 AP is absolutely worthless, you could get 180 health instead.

Early lawl whups on the quints. Suppose if you want flat health go ahead and change the seals. I just want to watch someone's health go from 100 to 50% in one Ryze combo lvl 3.

Uhh, flat AP is even worse on Ryze. That 4 AP gives you an extra 2 damage on your Q. 2 damage, whoohoo, they're gonna feel that!
