Like others have said, Hecarim is better jungle. Rengar is better for everywhere else. I tried to use Rengar jungle when I first started jungling. Jungling seemed so hard, then I switched and tried Amumu, Hecarim, Skarner, and Xin Zhao, and realized it's not as hard as I thought. Rengar is just bad in the jungle compared to others.

Rengar though is good top lane or Kill lane bot.
