Magic dps is NOT only a caster. By Magic dps i ment a spell spammer like karthus that is way diferent from veigar or annie. Thiese are not dps but burst damagers. They use combo and wait for cd's, Magic dpser will always spam spells non stop, just like rightclicking Yi.

I ment a caster that has the ability to spam spells, and by spam spells i mean something like cassiopeia which can constantly QWEEQEEQEEWQEEQEEQEE and so on. Teemo could be considered in my mind as a caster dps if he could spam his Q. He cant.
