It's interesting how they give you the option to change the region yet it doesn't do anything. If they don't want you to change the region, why show the option at all?
Looks more like a bug than something they intended to do to me.
I'm also using incredibly slow internet which is why it took me 10 minutes to 'try it' :P

I'm the same really, none of the skins really appealed to me, I love having the champions on my team but do not use them nearly enough to buy a custom skin for them. Battleborn kayle (my free skin) Makes me more then happy not using her unmasked counterpart.
