Because Riot wants to make my life harder and get mad at me for trying to give people on other servers RP Cards instead of actually giving me a solution. :)

I'm really hoping for a "we see how much you guys liked the gifting system, so we're leaving it up permanently!" at the end of it. They're probably testing the waters with this one.
