last time I played this game was in when I was in college. I got to the part where you got the dragon and then stopped playing because of finals I really need to finish it one of these days.
I even have Chrono Cross for the plastation on my games to be played list I hope it's better then people say it is :P

Secret of Mana and Super Mario RPG are both stellar. You should add Earthbound to that list.
Yes you are correct. SNES has some of the greatest titles. More titles on that platform on my top ten game list than any other platform....though i might be biased because i grew up with it.

What great memories do I have? I remember when Matt "forgot" to mention that you NEEDED to have magic on ALL your characters before trying to fight Magus. Boy, those were some really fun hours spent.

Ah what a classic. The combination of Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest with a number of innovative and creative additions. To this day it is on my top five best games of all time list. I think we should all honor its creation by going picking it back up and playing it again.
If you haven't played this gem of a game and you enjoy RPG style games you should drop everything you are doing and play this game immediately.
I think the most enjoyable portion of that game (outside of the ability to have great team diversity and fun combinations and oh yeah that amazing soundtrack) was:
What great memory do you have of Chrono Trigger?
