There are 85 total heroes. I will first calculate how much money it will cost to buy all of them with gold coins.
Purchasing all the heroes with gold coins:
77 heroes @ 150 gold coins each = 11550 gold coins
8 heroes @ 250 gold coins each = 2000 gold coins
Total gold coins needed to buy 85 heroes = 13550 gold coins
Assuming you are going to buy the $40 gold coin deal, which gives 2415 gold coins, it will cost $224.43 to buy all the heroes.
Assuming you are going to buy the initial $30 gold coin deal, which offers you 1890 gold coins, and then purchasing the remaining gold coins with the $40 gold coin deal, it will cost $223.13 to buy all the heroes (no difference really).
Purchasing all the heroes with silver coins:
8 heroes @ 650 silver coins each = 5200
43 heroes @ 400 silver coins each = 17200
25 heroes @ 250 silver coins each = 6250
7 heroes @ 90 silver coins each = 630
2 heroes @ 65 silver coins each = 130
Total silver coins needed to buy 85 heroes = 29410
Assuming the average player makes 200 coins per week (I realize this may be totally off) it would take approximately 2 years and 10 months of continuous play to obtain all the heroes.
Assuming the average player makes 500 coins per week (over exaggeration but nonetheless) it would take 1 year and 2 months of continuous play.
Using simple calculations, it is safe to say that buying all the heroes with gold coins would not be the smartest choice. Likewise, playing the game to farm the heroes would be quite time consuming.
