I'd say that everyone being older than at least thirteen/fourteen"is allowed" to play League. Tbh I don't like younger children interacting with media that much that's I'd never gift my child a smartphone when not being a teenager (who knows, maybe in ten years teenage-time will start at the age of ten :p).[/quote]
