I have a very strong real life fear of confronting people. In person, I pretty much act like a doormat when dealing with people. Today I confronted a person face to face and stood my ground. It was terrifying, physically exhausting, anxiety-inducing, and all I wanted to do was run from the situation. I'm so tense I'm shaking and I feel a bit sick to my stomach, but I managed. As sad as this might sound, this is proof that I am a stronger person than I was even a few months ago. I'm proud of myself.

I can control it pretty good most of the time, but when September ends, I just cant hold it in anymore.
