While "with" is obviously a typo/mistype of "will", "truelly" is awful spelling of "truly", so it's messed up in two different ways.
Edit: Also they either need to remove "the" before 8.4 or add "patch" after it, so that's 3 mistakes... Looks like someone with a poor grasp of the English language was trying to type that in a hurry the way it turned out.
