Hehe almost thought at least some on here would do, yeah I do find it wonderful my self.
Found the game my self thinking it was for pc, proved wrong and just recently got my hand over a ps3. That being said, found the demo and went rocking. Even though it only allows 2 character, Fillia and Cerebella, and just Arcade Mode, it was fun, a lot of fun. Haven't had so much fun in a fighting game for years.
Went on to fell in love with Cerebella the second one in the trailer and the worst opponent was Peacock, fourth one in the trailer, I mean she is sending air planes at you, mega laser, rocket, bombs and a ******** stone head from the Easter island = WTF! Close second come Double which isn't shown, not as annoying, but just unbeatable-.-

Not to derail this thread, but: yeap, he's pretty annoying. Shooting lasers and homing feathers.
Megaman X4 is an AMAZING game btw. I loved it when I was little and I still love it. I've played a few megaman games, but they all just pale off in comparison to X4.
