Why thank you kind sir keep your **** up and you might get the biggest douchebag award seeing as in your eyes I'm not entitled to an opinion without you criticising it. Some of my posts may be terrible but at least I try and let people have their own opinions unless they shove them down my throat.

Alright, the voting problem seems to be solved (since survey monkey works great!). Now I just need some reward ideas and a system for nominations :3

If it's not possible to have forum titles as rewards, maybe make a "Hall of Fame 2013 Thread" that (hopefully) gets stickied. It would be nicely formatted, with pretty titles and pictures with a golden color theme.
For example you'll have a banner that introduces the hall of fame, something similar jhoijhoi's birthday calendar banner, with a golden color theme and style, to get into the "award" mood :P
Then there will be like columns with each category that has a title similar to this:
And under it will be the name of the winner, again maybe something similar to this:
And under it again there will be like a small spoiler box with the winning quote/signature if necessary, like this:

Then the winner will have a custom made badge with the title of the award he won, and his name on it. Something similar to this.
If it's not possible to do so aswell, we can just give him a png version of the badge with his name and he can just put it on his signature.
