Yes he is adorable, but his voice is just pure annoying. His blind is pure annoying, his speed is annoying, his poison is annoying and his ult annoying. He's just the biggest pain to exist. I'd rather face mundo that has 0 cd on his cleaver then face teemo. Mundo would be less annoying.

I'd rather face an Ashe who had 0 cooldown on her ult instead of teemo. He is so freakin annoying! Especially when he spams taunts and/or laughs.
Oh yeah and @RosePheonix....
Not really. His blind is not very long. You can shield his poison. You rely on spells a lot more than AAs, so just spam spells until blind wears off. He only counters half your ult and passive, which is not much considering the duration early game and your GA late game.

Blind = Useless auto-attack
Sprint = Lure tactics into the Mushrooms/Champions + Free Hit
Poison = Insane DPS
Mushrooms = Slow and DPS everywhere
Add a moderate amount of Devilish Mindset, and a huge amount of Initiative.. and voila! You have successfully created a Epic Pesky Trollolol Teemo!
