I'm just saying. I had a match where Ashe was at 0 kills because she was under-leveled from soloing against Gangplank. Gangplank out-leveled our mid and won the game for them. Gangplank seriously messes with your plans.

Remove Scurvy - Heals more early ranks, less later ranks.
Raise Morale - Deny function removed. It is now a powerful AoE Buff. No details were shared.
Cannon Barrage - Now slows all enemy units in the circle, and the RNG was made more consistent.

Bout' time. He needed some of these. I'm gonna miss the deny though. It was sooooo powerful to be able to push the lane in your direction and force the enemy to take big risks if he wanted to farm.
